Modules and Policies

Here is where we update modules and policies

This is where we choose what Supportbench features we'll be taking advantage of. All you have to do is slide the bar on these feature modules to enable the features.

Navigate to Configuration > Account > Feature Modules.

We recommend using all of the provided features to get the best Supportbench experience, but sometimes its not necessary to have all modules active.

Now, lets take a look at our account policies (just underneath Feature Modules) and make sure everything is aligned with our business standards - this is where you'll find your Login Policy, Password policy and Global case settings!
